Thank you for expressing interest in joining Moms & More! To enroll in Moms & More, please download the Moms & More Liability Release Form. The form should appear in your browser window. Print, complete, and sign the form and mail it to:

Membership dues for the calendar year are $40, so please enclose a payment of $40 your release form. If you are joining after June 30, dues are prorated at $20 for the period of July 1 to December 31.

Upon receipt of your release form and dues payment, you will receive an e-mail from Moms & More containing your username and password for the Moms & More website.
